Handover of International KKN Students at Thai School

Hat Yai - On Friday, June 28, 2024, the Head of the Research and Community Service Institute (LP2M) of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, Dr. Muhammad Latif Fauzi, MA, officially handed over International Community Service Program (KKN) students to Sangkhom Islam Wittaya School in Thailand. This handover was carried out in an effort to strengthen cooperation between UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta and the educational institution in the implementation of the KKN program. This KKN activity is planned to last for a month.

In his speech, the Head of LP2M emphasized the importance of the role of students in making a positive contribution to society, especially in the context of KKN. He also expressed his hope that students will be able to establish good communication with the local community and carry out KKN programs with dedication and responsibility. "Take advantage of this International KKN program as a place to expand your international network," said the Head of LP2M.

Meanwhile, Sangkhom Islam Wittaya School welcomed this collaboration as a form of support for educational development and community empowerment. They are committed to supporting KKN students in carrying out their duties in the school environment by providing the necessary guidance and facilities. They hope that this activity can be increased in terms of the number of participants in the coming year.
